Rosselli — AX Privilege is a lifestyle hotel, located within a 17th century palazzo in Valletta. With its beautifully flanked windows, high ceilings and undisputed symmetry, the building itself creates the perfect stage for a memorable experience. The hotel consists of 25 rooms which fall into six collections — all picking on different periods and settings, making their one-off concepts timeless. The design is an eclectic fusion of styles resulting in a dreamy and whimsical atmosphere that cross the boundaries between art and design.
Each collection is composed of composite marble flooring, intricate wood paneling and hand- crafted brass inlays which resonate into the public spaces. This is further enriched with a top layer of geometrical textiles and modern patterns. Finished with the latest lines of designer furniture that follow a true passion for craftsmanship and rework design icons from past masters, it has resulted in a contemporary blend of functionality and beauty.
SAW Ltd. contributed to this project with cladding with concealed arched doors, reception desk, entrance unit, feature box frames, panelling, joinery items and internal apertures.
